Anthea King grew up in a creative environment. Her mother was a modern dance choreographer, father an engineer, and grandparents Nobel Prize nominees – all lending to her passion for the arts. Anthea’s double major in Journalism and French ignited her creative eye, which has guided her career though fashion and beauty editorial production into makeup artistry.
Anthea’s first job in publishing opened her eyes to a whole new world of opportunities. She focused her attention toward fashion publishing and became the Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief for a notable fashion magazine. Soon after, she developed a love for the fashion crew’s hands-on contribution, leading her to makeup artistry.
