Try using a primer before applying an eyeshadow or liner. It's important to get a good base going so that makeup does not smudge. Mark will have a great primer come spring of 2010 that will be easy to use and last all day. I would also suggest to use the mark Lash Splash Hook Up Waterproof Mascara.
